The trade arm of The Knob Shop, DMR Distributors, offers the same quality and service specifically to the high-specification, high-value property development markets. Having developed the retail and B2B sectors of the business side-by-side, we are also very well equipped to aid smaller businesses and sole-traders. Indeed, we have a large and growing network of carpenters, builders, designers and architects that offer our ironmongery expertise as a value-adding service to their clients.

Mail-order

If a visit to one of our showrooms is not possible, we are always happy to take orders via phone or email. We can arrange delivery to any location in the UK, and in many cases (subject to stock and location) offer a next-day service. Please get in touch for more details.

Specialist recoating, polishing and finishing

Certain antique or bespoke pieces of ironmongery are very difficult to replace - which is why we provide a unique service to reinvigorate tired or corroded brassware or simply change the appearence of a product to fit in with your new interior design project. For a small charge The Knob Shop can:

• Strip, polish and lacquer old brassware, rejuvinating its flawless shiny finish
• Modernise / traditionalise ironmongery - convert brass finishes to chrome and vice-versa
• Remove scratches, scuffs and flaws
